By downloading, installing, or using the GemsFlow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GemsFlow is a diamond painting logbook application that allows users to track their diamond painting projects, manage their drill inventory, log time spent on projects, and organize their creative journey. The App is provided free of charge with optional premium features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including photos and project information. By uploading content, you grant GemsFlow a non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App's security
• Interfere with other users' use of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by GemsFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GemsFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or projects.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
